It will be a time to live in the moment and remove the
“should’s” from your life. Overall live a Happier and Healthier life!
Our speakers include:
Hope Zvara: Breath, Body, and Belief are the pillars of Hope’s mission to Help Others Purposefully Excel. Her struggles with a life-threatening eating disorder and the loss of her first child led her to realize that her name is not just a name, but a symbol. Hope has helped change thousands of lives over the last 15 years by spreading the message that no matter how hard life can get, you should never lose hope.
Michelle Jolly, Health Coach and owner of Healthy Horizons Coaching. The name of my business was inspired while on a hike at Bethel Horizons. I am so glad to be back in nature. I work with people to help them create a life they love. Through encouragement and guidance, clients make small changes to their diet and lifestyle to live a healthier life with their goals in mind.
Michelle’s workshop: *Learn to declutter your home and your life to help you feel freedom and relieve stress from all the “stuff” and demands of life. You will receive a tool you can apply to all areas of your life from items in your home, your schedule, and relationships. This gives you more time and space for what is important to you.
Jennifer Mally is the director of Adamah Clay Studios at Bethel Horizons. Jen has been instrumental in developing art workshops in diverse mediums that are offered year-round. On a tour of the campus, you will discover beautiful exhibits that capture your imagination. On Saturday afternoon Jen will provide us the opportunity to play with clay and guide us in handbuilding a soap dish.

Friday (lodging and meals) $90
Saturday (meals included) $40
Registration covers food and housing. Prayerfully consider contributing some or all of the costs of a Scholarship so all may be welcome!
Childcare is available if pre-registered.
Along with learning about mindfulness, optional activities will include:

- Nature Walks on restored trails
- Free time / Siestas
