Pipe Organ Concert Series

Zachary Busch, nephew of Bethel’s Wendy and Dave Coe, is the featured artist performing the final concert for the Bethel Lutheran Pipe Organ Concert Series.

Zachary Busch is the Minister of Worship and Music at University Lutheran Church of Hope in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where he has served since 2015. Zach is a graduate of Luther College (B.A. in music) where he studied under Dr. Gregory Peterson, and Luther Seminary (Master of Sacred Music), where he studied under Dr. John Ferguson and Dr. Paul Westermeyer. Zach grew up in Delafield, Wisconsin, and began his musical studies in piano at a young age. He has worked as a church musician for 15 years, serving congregations in Wisconsin, Iowa, and Minnesota. Zach works weekly with the Voices of Hope women’s choir at Shakopee Correctional Facility. He collaborates actively around the Twin Cities and has toured nationally as a member of the National Lutheran Choir. He recently traveled to Rome with the Together in Hope project to advocate for Christian unity at the Vatican. Zach writes and arranges music and pursues a number of other artistic and spiritual endeavors that color his work as a church leader and musician. He wishes to sincerely thank Bethel for inviting him to perform, and for continuing to support and celebrate their fabulous pipe organ.
