What is a hearing loop? It’s an external device that allows hearing aid and cochlear implant wearers to have seamless access to crystal-clear sound, thereby allowing them to participate again in communication. The fact that Bethel has installed four of them (Sanctuary, Borgwardt Hall, Fireside Gallery, Pentecost Room) shows a commitment to include people with hearing loss in worship services, meetings, fellowship gatherings and other events – that has rarely been matched. Help us celebrate Bethel’s outstanding commitment to inclusivity and hearing loop technology. We are ever thankful to member Delma Baker for her generous support of this project, as well as to Bethel’s Endowment Foundation.
