This form will go to our Hospitality Coordinator, Kenny Dollaway and our Communications Director, Katie Charles. It will be put on our Building Events Calendar and in Bethel’s communications.

Submit information to be included in Bethel’s publications no later than:

Weekly announcements & graphics – end of day Monday
Bethelite contributions – 15^th of the month for next month’s publication
Large events/banners – at least 1.5 months prior to event date
