Director of Administration (Interim)
Full time position with certain benefits and a compensation package reflecting experience and credentials. Personnel include 12 staff members as well as 3-4 pastors and 5 other ministry personnel. Congregation is transitioning to a staff-enabled, lay leadership structure and is in search for Lead Pastor. Successful applicant should have solid financial, human resources, and general non-profit management experience. Experience in ministry support is a plus. An applicant with less than full qualifications but who is available immediately might be considered for a temporary period. A fully-qualified applicant might be retained for an interim period of a year or more, although a commitment to a definite term of employment is not being offered. View Job Description
