Baptism at Bethel
Baptism is the sacrament through which God makes us siblings with Christ. As stated in our Baptismal Liturgy, “The Sacrament of Holy Baptism – a sacrament in which we are first received in the Christian community. The church is for all us, and so the sacrament of Holy Baptism is for us all – and serves as a powerful example of God’s gracious and unconditional love. In baptism God delivers us from “sin, death, and the devil” and gives all the benefits of God’s kingdom. In this beautiful sacrament we are given a way of life. In the words of Martin Luther, ‘The blessings of baptism are boundless. No greater jewel can adorn our body and soul than baptism, for through it we obtain perfect holiness and salvation.’”
If you would like to schedule a baptism, please fill out the form below. A member of our ministry staff will reach out to discuss details and help you prepare for this sacred moment.
Baptisms are celebrated during our regular worship services, which are held on Sundays at 7:30am, and 9am, as well as Saturdays at 5pm.
