About Bethel

Jesus loves You. Walk with him.

We welcome all people without regard to race, family or economic status, age, disability or sexual orientation, and invite them to participate fully in the life of our congregation.

Bethel Lutheran is a vibrant urban congregation of the ELCA. Founded in 1855, the campus is located blocks from the Capitol. Worship services are held in two languages and broadcasted throughout the state. Through Bethel Horizons, a beautiful camp and retreat center near Governor Dodge State Park, thousands experience growth in their faith.

Bethel is part of the South-Central Synod of Wisconsin-ELCA.

Bethel feeds the hungry and welcomes the stranger through dozens of ministries and outreach opportunities locally and globally.
