Cherub Choir
(Kindergarten and First Grade)
The Cherub Choir is a child¹s first choir experience at Bethel. Here they learn to sing with others, match pitch, and learn simple music concepts: fast and slow, loud and soft, high and low. They are taught faith through the texts that they sing. This choir sings eight to ten Sundays per year at both the 9:15 and 10:45 am. services. There are currently 22 children in the Cherub Choir.
Director: Jamie Henke;
Accompanist: Jan Helwig
Rehearsals: Sundays, 10:15 - 10:45 am. Room 202

Bethel Children's Choir
Children’s Choir— (Third through Fifth Grades) Bethel Children's Choir
continues to teach good vocal production as well as further music
concepts. They occasionally branch into simple two part singing. Prayer
becomes a more important part of their choir experience and we begin to
focus more on worship. Eight to ten Sundays each year this choir sings at
the 9:15 and 10:45 am. services. Rehearsals: Sundays 10:15—10:45 am. with
Jean Erickson, director.
