RETREAT CENTER INFORMATION
The Bethel Horizons retreat centers are open year-round for youth and adult retreats, conference meetings and peer mediation training. Confirmation retreats, family gatherings, quilters, and environmental education workshops are a sample of user groups that come throughout the year.
The new Prairie Center may be reserved by your group for weeklong or weekend use any time during the year. Facilities include 72 beds (mix of twins and bunks), bath in rooms, spacious meeting and dining room, fireplace, plus audio visual equipment. The Prairie Center costs are: $25.00 per night (April-October); $27.00 (November-March). Add $9.00
per person per night if staying only one night on weekend. Linen and towel service available. There are no kitchen privileges with this center; the Horizons staff provide the food service.
If meals are requested and the group is smaller than 12, there is an
additional $35 fee for the cook for each meal.
The Barn Retreat Center may be reserved by your group for week long and weekend use any time during the year. Facilities include 26 beds, guest room, fireside lounge, dining room, kitchen, canteen, recreational area, large outdoor deck and rest rooms with showers. The Barn Retreat Center cost is $20.00 per night (April-October), $22.00 (November-March). Add $8.00 per person to Barn Retreat Center charge if staying only one night on weekend. Another $2.00 is added per person per night if group does their own cooking.
If there are meals requested and the group is smaller than 12, there is

 The
Horizons Farmhouse is also available for use at $17.00 per person per night (April-October) and $18.00 per person per night (November-March). The farmhouse has 16 beds, a meeting/dining room, kitchen, showers, and bathrooms.
Add $6.00 per person per night if stay is only for one night on a
weekend.
Food service is available: Breakfast $5.25; Lunch $6.25; Dinner $8.00; Brunch $8.00. You may choose to do your own cooking.
Coffee breaks/snacks $1.50
*If a group is smaller than 12 and meals are requested, there is an
additional $35.00 fee for the cook for each meal.
A $100.00 deposit is required for any
of the Retreat Centers.
